This 3 module coaching program with take you through :

  • Know how to price your services
  • Distinguish between billable and non – billable hours so as to better manage your available hours to grow your revenue
  • Be in a position to analyze your business better and make informed financial decisions
  • Understand the role of brand in pricing and how to use your brand for more effective pricing

Attendance is required Once a Week for 3 hours (Saturdays 9.00am – 12.00noon Online.

Certification:

Upon completion of the program, you get to graduate with a Centonomy Certificate which is NITA (National Industrial Training Authority) Certified.

Week 1. Introduction: Charge Out Rate

  • Definition of charge out rate.
  • Who can apply a charge out rate?
  • Why is it important to have a charge out rate for your business?
  • Things to consider when computing the charge out rate.
  • What it means if my charge out rate is lower than the average?
  • What it means if my charge out rate is higher than the average?

Week 2. Calculating MY Charge Out Rate

  • Practical: – calculate your charge out rate and review with facilitator.
  • How the charge out rate relate to other business functions e.g. HR, marketing etc.?
  • Understanding the impact of charge out rates on other business metrics i.e. Profit, Tax, Forecasts & Budgets and Valuation.
  • The impact of staff experience, knowledge and expertise in computing the charge out rates.
  • Alternatives to charge – out rates as a pricing tool.

Week 3. Understanding The Role of Brand in Pricing

  • How to measure against the competition
  • Customers Price Sensitivity – How much are they willing to pay?
  • Price Segmentation -Not all clients are the same.
  • How can I consistently adjust my prices?
