She the founder and director of Centonomy Ltd where she is also the Lead Trainer. She is driven by her passion for teaching people how to create wealth and manage money to achieve financial freedom. Waceke has over 10 years’ experience in the investment industry internationally as well as locally. She holds Masters Degrees in Banking & Finance, Professional Accounting. Her work experience has covered diverse areas such as IPO Transaction Advisory, Unit Trust Fund Management, Retirement Fund Management, Stock Brokerage and, Investment Research Analysis. Some of the institutions she has worked for include Balmain NB (Australia), Dyer and Blair Investment Bank, African Alliance Investment Bank and CFC Stanbic.
Waceke is renowned for her ability to break down and demystify money & investments in a way that is relevant for all. This has made her one of the go to leading experts in matters of personal finance for most media outlets. Waceke isthe personal financial columnist for the Saturday Nation and has published over 500 articles for the publication. She has also published various articles in the Business Daily Sunday Nation, Money Magazine and True Love Magazine. She is often called upon by various media to give expert opinion on Personal Finance matters and has appeared on Kiss FM, Capital FM, NTV, K24, KBC, KTN, BBC, and CNBC Africa.
She has been a panelist for UN Women on “Economic Empowerment for Women”. She is also a board member at Old Mutual Securities. She was nominated as amongst the top 50 Women Entrepreneurs in November 2007 by the Business Daily.
Centonomy Ltd, under her leadership, has been able to train up to 10,000 people in different aspects of personal financial management. This has been done through the various training channels that Centonomy offers i.e. Centonomy Corporate trainings, Centonomy 101, Centonomy Campus Edition and the soon to be launched Centonomy Entrepreneur.

Waithaka Gatumia
Waithaka Gatumia is the Chief Executive Officer of Centonomy Limited.
Waithaka has risen through the ranks at Centonomy over the last eight years as a content producer, trainer and manager. He has led the team as CEO since November 2018 and oversees a vibrant and youthful team.
Waithaka has led Centonomy through highs and lows. In 2019, under his leadership, Centonomy achieved the highest revenue levels in its 12-year history. In 2020 when the COVID pandemic struck, Waithaka steered the team through the transition to digital learning. During his leadership, Centonomy has developed multiple new products and services that better serve our clients. With the move to digital learning, Centonomy now has clients across the world on 5 continents.
Waithaka trains specifically on personal financial management focusing on: our money mindset, time value of money, debt management and personal financial planning. Being an entrepreneur himself, Waithaka also trains entrepreneurs in the areas of identifying opportunities, vision and strategy, business models and structures.
Waithaka is an alumnus of the University of Melbourne (Australia) with a B.A. in Media and Communications. His ability to break down complex principles into relatable concepts for any audience is his great strength and the reason he is a lead trainer across all our products. Waithaka is at the forefront of media relations for Centonomy and a contributor to various local and international media outlets.
Joan Nduti
She is the Marketing & Administration Manager at Centonomy Limited.
At Centonomy her roles involves marketing and coordinating the various courses, she is all responsible for handling all the corporate jobs. Her Ability to work efficiently and carefully and her excellent service spirits have enabled her to manage the Individual Financial Coaching schedules ensuring both the clients and the Financial Planners remain committed to the set timelines of the financial planning process, which enables the client to commence their new journey into Financial Freedom.
Institutions in which she has worked include The Co-operative Bank of Kenya where she worked as a corporate marketing representative and also at an audit firm as an audit assistant. Her exceptional interpersonal skills have enabled her to integrate with her colleagues and customers and develop valuable friendships networks. She picks up skills quickly and applies them successfully, through both the use of initiative and the ability to comprehend instructions. She is an effective communicator.
She holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree majoring in Finance option from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.

He has a Diploma in 3D Animation and multimedia.
He has previously worked in several institutions including Comtel Africa integrators, Moonbeam production as a graphics designer and 2nd camera man respectively.
At Centonomy he is part of the PR and Digital Media department . His main areas of specialization are production of visuals & videos of the company and video shooting, photography and editing.
